LATE POLICY:

It is important that you arrive on time to your appointment. Please know that if you are more than 15 minutes late without informing the salon, your service appointment may be cancelled and a 50% service fee will apply in order to rebook your service. If you are running late please text or call the salon or service provider you are seeing and let us know.



CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours in advance. Please click the link provided to confirm your appointment. We will send a second text 24 hours in advance to remind you of your appointment the following day. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for potential charges for no showing appointments. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid the cancellation fee.



CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointments are very important to us here at Catacombs Hair Studio. We reserve these times specially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore; we respectfully require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service that was scheduled. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled. Should this be recurring, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at Catacombs Hair Studio.



SALON GUEST POLICY:

We ask that you do not bring any additional guests to your appointments. For the safety and comfortability of our guests, Catacombs Hair Studio does not allow children or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.



REFUND POLICY:

We do not offer refunds on services. If you have a problem with your hair of any kind after leaving the salon, you have 14 days from your service to contact the salon or service provider.

** It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided. However it is each clients responsibility to be up front and honest about their hair history. (Any damage or colors that come of the clients hair as a result of undiscussed information during the consultation, is not the responsibility of the stylist at Catacombs Hair Studio).

Please note that some services may take multiple sessions to achieve your hair goals.
